Chicago, IL (August 3, 2023) – The Good $ense Kids Club® (G$KC) presented a donation to Chicago State University leadership on Wednesday, July 26. The donation will support students staying in the Residence Hall this Fall semester by assisting with necessities to ease the financial costs of higher education.The Good $ense Kids Club is an organization started by seven black males to improve financial literacy to better enable young men to leave a legacy while living. The mission of the club is focused on youth education in financial literacy, money management, and investing. These young men discovered that by utilizing a practical application discipline, young people increase their financial literacy and build good habits of money management that last a lifetime. The members of the
Good $ense founding chapter are:

Micah Askew Jameson Brown
Mario Davis, Jr. Noah Gills
Miles Johnson Andrew Wheeler
Wesley Williams  

 

This is of particular interest to the founders as they prepare to start their own college journeys this Fall. The investment club will remain active while these young men
begin pursuit of their degrees at Hampton University, Indiana University, Vanderbilt University and New York School of Design. One member is also a rising sophomore
at Cornell University.
